But to me    Its good old  Australia 

Ok you know where I come from, let me tell you a bit about myself,

I  was born in Newcastle, a industrial city in NSW
its the seventh largest city in Australia  It has a population of 360,000
but really it feels like a big country town real laid back  lifestyle .

I was educated at Marist Bros. high School 
got to intermediate standard and dropped out
started a apprenticeship as Coppersmith
but got bored with that and changed to Plumbing
and been doing that ever since
except for a few other jobs , like Managing  the Coast Camping Center store and  Bar-B-Que Galore store
 
 

I was married at the age of 17 to my one and only love, Dorothy, we had six children
four boys and two girls  David , Lynda, Kenneth, Darren, Geoffrey and Maree.
We lived at Stockton in a caravan on the ocean beach front caravan park, for about 1 year. We bought a small house on the top of the hill surrounding Warners Bay on Lake Macquarie. It was a hard struggle raising six children on a single income and paying off our home .Dorothy was a magician the way she handled the finances ,fed them and kept my family looking good.

David is my oldest and is married to Donna, They  have two boys , Ricky and Dean. boy! are those pair a hand full  they are two firecracker , you bettcha. Don't see much of them these days , get a phone call every now and then but not very often.

Lynda is divorced and has four wonderful kids three girls and a boy, Lisa is the oldest ,
then Allison Kristy next  and Adam
she has had to bring them up on her own for the last eight years , and that's one hell of a job

My son Kenneth is still single and lives at Redhead , he's doing' just fine

Darren and Debby have just had a beautiful daughter Taylor Jean, the latest addition to the family and she is one real cutie , She is our gift from heaven, we all know exactly who sent her to us

Geoffrey lives at home with me, He is the computer whiz of the family .
 

I've been a Scuba Diving instructor, spear fishing , game fishing ,hiking, canoeing, hunting,   I love motorcycles, and been a clay target shooter,

I guess I'm into most sports that involves water  or the outdoors
Surfing , water-skiing, powerboat racing.
Flown a plane , driven a steam train         

  

The two most Beautiful People in my life, Maree My Darling daughter and my darling wife Dorothy 

 They both taken from me in tragic auto accident on March 5th 1997
My life will never be the same.
It's Been a Year and More
 
It's been two years since you passed away,  and how I remember that traumatic day.
It is still sometimes hard to believe you are gone,
but we know that your memory will always live on.
Not a day passes by that I don't think about you,
when I am lost and confused and don't know what to do.
You were there when ever I needed your advice,
and in those bad or sad time your shoulder was always nice.
Someday I know we will be together again,
we will all be reunited , all our family and friends.
We will have to go on with our lives until that day,
but we all miss Dottie and Maree's way.
The way you laughed, smiled, and held your head high,
we have not said so long or even good-bye.
But instead we say "until we meet again",
your memory will always live on in your family and friends.
I will someday see your faces again,
but until that day...My love will never end.

They owned Dreams Come True Bridal Boutique  They both started out with a dream to build their business up to give all the brides a place to chose the gown of their dreams , with all their help they became part of the customers life ,it was not profit that drove them , it was the smiles on the girls faces  and the happiness they gave them.
Because of this style of business it only took them four years to become one of the leading bridal boutiques in Newcastle and Lake Macquarie
